Stop playing PS3
That’s what I normally tell my kids when they have been on the PS3 for too long.

However this is what Sony is advising PS3 owners. Do not play for a while until they fix a bug/problem with the clock in the system.

All PS3 consoles other than the slim model are affected. We have the slim PS3 and this model is not affected. My kids can still play then. :-(

Some of the reported issues include:
1. Players unable to sign in to the PlayStation(PS) Network
2. Missing trophies
3. Unable to obtain date/time
4. Videos download from PS store not playable before the expiry date

Sony is still working on a fix. There are going to be unhappy boring kids and big kids around the world.

On the bright side, gamers will have time to do outdoor activities. Go out, get some fresh air and get physical! The younger generation has already forgotten there are better things to do besides gaming…
