Laughter is the best medicine.
We all know that the above statement is so true but how many of us actually take the time to relax, smile and laugh?
Studies have shown that laughter reduces stress and pain, reduces anxiety and improves the flow of oxygen to the heart.
Regardless of the content, humour connects people at home and at work. Best of all, it doesn’t cause anything to laugh. Maybe there will be some tears and stomach ache if you laugh too hard.
Some people even go to the extent of attending laughing yoga classes. They stretch, learn breathing techniques and learn how to laugh for no reasons. Wow. That I need to learn.
Laughing a lot can apparently stop the ageing process.
Nah, the last sentence is not true and I just made it up. hahaha
